According to (Hensdell) records passed down to me, Jefferson Davis Hensdill married Mary A. Kizer on June 14, 1887. J.D. was about 25 at the time. If this was the first marriage for Mary Alice, she was also a Kizer/Kiser. Maybe John's cousin? Hope it helps.
