Jonathan is my ancestor also. He died 1873, his parents were Francis Howard and Sarah Johnston. Francis Howard's parents were William Howard and Sarah Hawkins. William and Sarah were married about 1737 in Oxford, Granville, NC. William was born 6-13-1702 in York, VA and died about 1751 in Mecklenburg, VA.
