His father was Jacob Robert Cress born about 1830, killed in the Civil War in1861.Both from Grayson County. Jacob and Minerva's children were Calvin Mc Cress, Winlow Cress, and Rhoda Cress, any info on Rhoda or Winlow would also be appreciated, also would like to know the names of Jacob Roberts parents.
