I was wondering if someone is going to the courthouse in Russell County, if they could see if there is a marriage certificate there for a Herndon. I need to know the cost of the certificate and postage for mailing it to me. The marriage certificate is for John Moses (Rev, Johnie) Herndon and Huldy E. Taylor. The certificate is for the date of December 17, 1908. If someone can help with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
