She had my great-grandmother Priscilla Oct 14 1873 by a Dean man. She married Samuel Vicars Mar 21 1881, he died and her children were placed under the guardianship of Samuel's cousin, David Campbell Vicars. David and Virginia married Oct 6 1885. After 1900 Virginia married a Doyle. A granddaughter of Virginia's told me Priscilla's father had a sister named Eliza that married a Baker. The only fit I have found is Mary Louisa "Eliza" Dean b. 1859 who married Joseph C. Baker Aug 21 1881. My understanding is that Eliza may have had children by Joseph prior to their marriage while he was married to Martha Kilgore and they married after Martha's death. I have access to a 1870 Russell Co VA Census transcript and found a Louisa Dean about the right age but she is living with a Gose Family.
