Census (Floyd District, not sure where that is but my guess is that it covers the Copper Creek area) The census shows Clenton W. Salyers, b.1884, Lizzie N. b. 1888, Garfield b. 1907, Monroe b. 1908. The 1920 Russell Co. census, Copper Creek district, shows John Salyer 55, Garfield 15 son, Charlie 10 son. Based on the age of John I suspect he was not the father of Garfield and Charlie.
