He states he was b 1762 in Lancaster (now Dauphine) Co PA. He entered service 1776 in what became Washington Co VA. After the War he lived in Lee Co VA. In 1833 he said he had lived in Missouri for 16 yrs. Robert Baker of Montgomery Co Missouri made statement for him & said he served w/ Benj. Sharp in VA.
