He was b. 1754 in Frederick Co VA. He entered service in Washington Co VA & lived in VA 10 or 12 yrs after the war. Mrs. Mary Cole of Harrison Co KY made statement in 1833 for him saying her husband - Zachariah Cole - had served with Isaac Williams & both had been living in Washington CO VA during that time.
