John Reid entered service in Washington Co VA. Her name before marriage was Kesiah Buchanan & they were m. 22 Mar 1784 in Caswell Co NC. He d. 23 June 1826. In 1852 she had moved to Dallas Co Arkansas to live with her only daughter Mrs. Clarrissa H. Smith. In her statement she said her husband had made statement for Col.
