He was b. 1 Mar 1764 & d. 22 May 1834. He enlisted Washington Co VA 1778. He substituted for his brother Samuel Livingston & he also mentions his brother Capt. Peter Livingston. He states "..Father moved to North Carolina when I was a very small infant from some one of the eastern states." He said he lived on the North Fork of Holston when he entered service & that he drove pack horses during his service. He m. Susannah on 21 Mar 1793 in Wythe Co VA. In 1852 she said she was age 75. They lived in Wash. Co until 1801 when they moved to KY, then Overton Co TN. Henry stated they'd lived in Overton for 30 yrs in 1832.
