Zachariah Hurt d. 11 Aug 1841 (or 1843). He m. Francis (Fanny) Mitchell on 5 June 1787 in Prince Edward Co VA. George Washington Hurt said his father was a pensioner of Wythe & Washington Co's in VA. That his father had lived in Washington Co 5 yrs before his death. Francis died 30 April 1845 (or 1846). Children listed were: Berry James Rhoda Eastwood (w/of James) Stephen Calvin John Margaret Felly (w/of George) Mary Baldwin (w/of Templeton) Meredith George Washington Zachariah's brother - Merideth Hurt said the children were: Washington Frank Stephen Liberty Rhoda James John Berry Peggy Polly He also said Frank & Liberty had died since the death of their father.
