She says she m. Thomas Johnston in Washington Co VA in April of 1785. Her husband entered service in Pittsylvania Co VA, and at the time he lived 3 miles above Halifax town on the Sandy River. Thomas died in St. Clair Co Alabama 29 Dec 1832. He had filed for pension earlier that year at age 73 or 74. They had been living in Alabama about 3 years, and had moved there from GA.
