BLEVINS, Nellie M. 92, of Monroe, died Saturday, July 12, 2008, at her residence. She was born in Big Stone Gap, Virginia on July 23, 1915 to parents James Brandon and Esta (Sword) Herron. Nellie was a homemaker and member of Trenton Freedom House Church of God. Mrs. Blevins is survived by her sister, June Dorton; grandchildren, Donna Mocko, Rick Buchanan, and Tina Moore; great grandchildren, Holli Dorough, Charles Fletcher, Heather Robb, Matthew Fletcher, Brittany Moore, and Brandon Moore; and great great grandchildren, Meghan Dorough, Drew Dorough, Madelyn Dorough, and Devin Dorough. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil C. Blevins in 1981; two children, Irma Buchanan and Johnny Blevins; her parents; and brothers, Roy Herron, Ray Herron, Garner Herron, Billy Herron, John Herron, and Pence Herron. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at 1:00 pm at Trenton Freedom House Church of God, 5346 Hamilton Trenton Rd., with Pastor Larry Fultz officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at WILSON-SCHRAMM-SPAULDING FUNERAL HOME, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
