His siblings: James Mary Hannah Vinson Joel Ezekiel Ruth Rachel William Absolem Abner He said he was brother to the Ezekiel Hobbs who served in the Rev War from Washington Co. His oldest brother died in KY. His oldest sister died in Washington Co VA His next oldest brother died on Hickory Creek in TN. The next oldest brother died on Big Piney Creek. One brother was killed by Cherokee in TN or KY. Absolem wrote to him from Lee Co VA. He left Washington Co VA in 1780 & moved to Powells Valley for 10 yrs. Moved to Madison Co KY for 4 yrs. Moved to Knox Co TN for 3 yrs. Moved to Montgomery Co TN for 4 yrs. Moved to Davies KY. Moved to Spencer Co Indiana for 14 yrs. Moved to Clay Co Ill for 4 yrs & 4 yrs in Marion Co Ill. Moved to Washington Co Arkansas, then moved to Madison Co Arkansas where he'd been living for 12 or 15 yrs. He had also applied out of Louisville KY.
