At that time she was 58 years old & said she was the only heir of John Frazier Sr., her father. She states her father was b. 1743 & died in Carter Co TN in 1814. Her mother's maiden name was Hannah Graham & she died in 1837 (1827?) in TN. She also states that her father's hand had been shot in battle & looks like it says he was missing the end of his thumb. Sarah & William Hurley of Buchanan Co made statement for her. She named Edward Collins her atty. Nathan Robinette was the justice of the peace & James H Gillispie was the clerk.
