Rodney, According to the cemetery records, Lee Marshall 19 July 1908 - 22 April 1938 and his brother in law Charlie Miller 20 June 1913 - 22 April 1938 are / were buried in my g gf George W. Culbertson's cemetery near Nicklesville in Scott Co. I say are/were because I seem to remember someone saying that their bodies had been moved somewhere else. Think it may have been the Estill Cemetery, on the way into Gate City, but not positive. As far as I know there is no relationship to the Culbertson family. And this is the only information I have. The Culbertson cemetery is near Gillenwater Chapel on SR 681. Hope this helps.
