I don't know anything definite about your Magee family. I do know there was an Indian in NC census named Holden Magee. He is mentioned in the book Cherokee by Blood. a man named Jessie Magee was trying to get on the Indian roles. I have a Holden Magee in my family. There are two Holden Magees.
