Try contacting the local funeral homes. The newspapers should have info - try The Coalfield Progress, The Kingsport News or Bristol Herald, there should also be local papers they could name.. The best place I have found is www.usgenweb.org all of their info is FREE and Russell CO has a wonderful collection. Good luck!!
