Regarding Linda's post, I was curious. Who does she indicate published a book at Kinko's for 90 + dollars which is now out of print? I must have missed part of the conversation - is the book out of print involving some Russell County surname? Which one? Does Kinko's print books on genealogy/other subjects? I thought of them as primarily an office supplies/photocopier/mailing supplies company.
