Calling All Kelly Cousins, Here is the latest information on the upcoming Kelly reunion planned for Saturday, June 12, 2010 from organizer Phil Kelly. Also, I just spoke with Otis Kelly today & the indoor facility that Phil mentions in the March email is the Russell County Conference Center (see: http://www.virginia.org/Site/description.asp?AttrID=51316 . I was at that Center in August 2008 for my Honaker reunion & it is a really nice facility. Hopefully, others of you on these lists can also attend. Bill & I plan on being there. Hope everyone is still able to attend the Edward and Biddy Kelly Family Reunion on June 12, 2010 in Lebanon, VA. Just thought I would send everyone an update. Otis Kelly has been working hard on the planning of this project and we have worked out a few more details. The outdoor shelter is currently still reserved but Otis has also booked an indoor facility. This should make visiting and lunch more comfortable. We also plan on having a catered lunch and we are not sure at this point how much is will cost per adult. But this plan will make it much easier for most of us, since we will be coming in from out of town. The plan at this point is to gather together at 10:00 am (Saturday, June 12, 2010) at the facility. Several folks will speak until 11:30 am at which time we will have lunch. We then plan on visiting the Edward Kelly Cemetery in the afternoon. We will send out further updates as we work out the finer details. Please feel free to ask any questions and again, please pass this information along to any family members or others that might be interested. We will update the Edward and Biddy Kelly website with the new list of folks interested in attending. For the caterer, we would love to have a head count as soon as possible.
