    3. For a start, please visit www.jessee.org, then search the database there for Abraham Fuller. You will find five of them, all of Russell Co. As always I appreciate updates and corrections of this information. The Fuller family has intermarried with the Jessee Family many times over 200 years. 3. Charlene, It was really great to hear from you. I am descended from Edward and America Griffin Wells' son Martin, (brother of Mary Catherine Wells), who was married to Mary Jane Israel, the sister of Winfield Scott Israel. If you are interested, I would be glad to send you what info I have. It is quite a big file, yet nowhere near complete. I attended the Wells/Israel reunion in 2000, and Shirley Wells Herndon gave me a great deal of information. Let me know, but don't take it as fact unless it is documented, for I have to do most of my research via the Internet, and a few found cousins, since I live in Houston, TX. I posted that message a long time ago, and you are only the third response! Thanks! Surnames: Sargent, Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/ABC.2ACE/3631.3 Message Board Post: Chris, Just came across your message. In looking at the census records, Mary could only have possibly been a daughter of either David Sargent and Rebecca Lockhart or David's brother Isaac Sargent and his wife Amanda Moore. David & Rebecca had two daughters in the 1830 census the right age while Isaac & Amanda had one. However, since William Howard & Mary Sargent named their two children born abt 1850 and 1852 David & Rebecca respectively and since they didn't have any children named either Isaac or Amanda, this would be a strong indicator Mary was David & Rebecca's daughter. Note that William & Mary also named one of their sons Johnston after William's father Johnston Howard.
