Write down the questions you are trying to answer. Where are they from? When did they come to the Colonies? Where did they settle? Who were their parents? That kind of thing. I think that will help you organize your thoughts and decide where you need to search for the anwers. There are published records of passenger lists that you may be able to use but it's easier if you know where they came ashore.
