I have a little bit of Confusion, When It comes to Elizabeth City, To me its NC, however the NEWS considers EC to be part of Hampton Roads/Tidewater area. For those of you not familiar with the border changes down here in Norfolk/Va Bch, they could fill a book.............. But anyway i was thinking (because I thought it was NC) THAT it was the bottom part of Norfolk and PAC. I was WRONG.
