At Genealogy.com there is no Lewis, Richard, L., or L.R. listed with children. There is a Catherine Humphreys listed with her children, among them a Lewis age 12. Just down the page is a John B. with two children but no Lewis. These are the only Humphries of any spelling in Culpeper county. There is a Lewis Humphries in Albermarle, age 39, wife Mary J., 30, and a son William E., 9. Therse are all I could find that may be of some help without more information. Have you seen an index of Culpeper where he is listed in 1860? If so tell me the page number and I will try again.
