Isaac C. Buswell, charged with passing counterfeit note on his servant. Case not sustained and accused dismissed. _______________________________________ Benjamin F. Vaughan and William Woodward, charged with stealing a watch. No evidence sustaining the charge and exculpated by the man who lost the watch. Case dismissed. ________________________________ David McCarty, Mary Townsend and Mrs. Davis , for stealing pocket book containing $1 and sundry papers.
