Hi Emaress, As far as we know William Lewis Denny/Denney died in either Wise or Russell County, VA. He was a coal miner and the family lived in Wise County in 1919 when his youngest child was born. William and his family were originally from Russell County. His wife's name was Ollie Ritta Bays and her family was from Scott County. We don't know which of these counties he would have been working in in the mines at the time of his death. Thanks for any help you can give us.
