After a little playing I only found Rodney , then went another way. With the unusual names nest I set it for Loudoun County and searched just for the first name Welby. Then I took a guess and tried Wilmer. I knew the other first names were a long shot that would have tons of hits. Luckily you gave us that name and they used it on the 1880 census. I had this big time with one family I have Louque. With that spelling and the old handwriting it's transcribed all the time as Longue. Once I figured that out , I found lots of family.
