The City of Richmond is not in Henrico County. It is just the City of Richmond with Henrico County, Chesterfield County surrounding it. The City of Richmond boundaries have changed over years so you will have to look in Manchester Court, Richmond Court, Henrico Court and Chesterfield Court. I am no expert but depending on the time frame you are looking for depends on which court you will want to go to. Marie
