Thanks to all who responded, I guess it's just a matter of living there and being familiar with the area, Like here all the neighborhoods have names and sometimes that's how they refer to stuff BY neighborhoods. And to me, PAC AND VA BCH are the same, you can see the Welcome to Virginia Beach sign, and then on the side of the road real small, you see the YOU are now entering PAC. thanks again, Kristina
