    1. [VAROOTS] Question for those who live around Richmond & Henrico
    2. Two things, 1. For those who are interested about my car accident, the charges were dismissed against me. 2. While back up in Richmond today for court, we noticed the following and I would hope someone could clear it up for me. Now as I under stand Richmond is a City in Henrico County, but they are treated separately when it comes to courts, Here in VA BCH which is in PAC, it's just Virginia Beach court. But anyway, I wanted to ask about why they (on the news programs) refer to Powhite,Midlothian and Chippenham (major roads) as if they were towns or communities separate from Richmond the city. or Henrico. thanks for clearing this up for me, Kristina

    3. Richmond is county seat for Henrico County, but it is also the State capital. Midlothian is not Richmond. Going on rt 60 to Richmond there is a sign that says entering Midlothian and then another that says Richmond (?) miles. Midlothian is in Chesterfield County. --- FRMRNYR@aol.com wrote: > Two things, > 1. For those who are interested about my car > accident, the charges were > dismissed against me. > 2.
