Hey Paul ... let me help you :) or should I say let SimURL http://simurl.com/ help you ... make those long URL's into smaller ones so that they don't break up in transmission to the intended user(s) ... http://simurl.com/cc-ll-ee the above link will get you to the page that Paul was sharing ... note this SimURL link will only be good for a few days to a couple of weeks at most, normally :/ also when creating a new web page, it's not necessary for the link to be so descriptive i.e the NAME of the file, of which most browsers / "email clients" don't treat the spaces in the file name too kindly :( so to eliminate the chances of a broken linkage, suggest [1] shorter file names and [2] no spaces in the file name ... and then [3] bookmark SimURL for future usage, when the first two don't apply :) oh might also add ... that the usage of all lower case letters are best :) if you need to have a space, it's better to use the under-bar instead " _ " i.e. [shift] key while hitting the key to the right of the number zero key ... just below the [F9] key on some key boards or [F12] on others :) oh Paul, is J. R. Hilerrand, Del. the person who created this map ? it's mentioned at the bottom of the legend [lower right corner] ... thanks for sharing this map, and please don't take my comments personal ... mainly showing others what to look out for also :) Ken - hdpth-DNA yes I too am prone to many of these same mistakes off and on :( guess it's a good thing I don't live in a glass house either ... LOL Paul Drake wrote: Sorry; I do not know why the link did not work; it should work now if you try again. Thanks. Paul I have posted to my site what appears to be a rather accurate sketch showing the churches within the Borden Grant and Beverly Manor, those today including much of the Shenandoah Valley, through which myriad of our ancestors moved or lived for a spell, and then moved on to the South and West. The area early included much of then Augusta County, VA. You will need to zoom in to see it clearly. NOTE: The map is not of my making, and I have long ago lost the name of the author to whom credit should go. If anyone knows who that author was, please let me know in order that credit may be given. Thanks.
