    3. Hi Joyce. I am looking for "William Henry Hutchins/Hutchens could be other variations such as Hudgins or other. I am told it was originally Hutchens and later changed to Hutchins but on his marriage certificate looks like Hutchins to me. He was married to Frances Lasssiter whom was from Nansemond Co, VA.
