Hi Deb, Nope, pages 12 and 13 are not the same. However it would help if I created the webpage correctly !! It was pointing to page 13 when it should have pointed to page 12. I have a new, corrected, webpage uploaded for tax list "A". If anyone has downloaded these images please make sure that you have page 12 and 13. Sorry about that.
