    3. Wow -- aren't you a gem! Thank you so much for you offer!!! I would love it if you would look up someone for me: John Sturdivant I have found three Johns who served in the Revolutionary War. I would like to understand their relationships and determine which is our ancestor. There are three Johns in our line from Prince Goerge County Va - John 1695-1755 married Mary their son, John Sturdivant: born 1719 Prince George County, VA - died 25 Aug 1793 Prince George County, VA married Anna Thompson their son: John Sturdivant 1756 Prince George Co, VA - 1795 This John is the brother of our ancestor, Mary Eppes Sturdivant. There is a John Sr and a John Jr in the Revolutioanry War records -- I think the middle John is John Sr. I am hoping the records you have will have family members notes to help determine who is who! Now - another helpful record would be those of Joel Sturdivant. But of course, there are two Joel Sturdivants in this family! One is the brother of the middle John - the one we think is John Senior. The other is the brother of the last John - the one we think is John Jr and the brother of our Mary Eppes Strudivant. There is a Revolutionary War Hero named Joel Sturdivant - perhaps your records will have more family member data to help identify hwo he relateds to the above people. Do any of your records for John or Joel Sturdivant list family members? Parents, spouses, children??? Thank you SO MUCH for your help. I hope to return the favor someday...
