Is this an ad? I guess we paid for you! It took 3 years, the bank, a lawyer, the BBB, before they finally quit taking money from our bank account. We didn't get a dime back. We notified them several times that we didn't want AOL, and were not using it. Many phone calls, letters and e-mail and they still didn't stop. It was very frustrating. I'll put up with my very expensive SuddenLink.
