    1. [VAROCKIN] William B. Scott/Christina Sellers
    2. Jane Williams
    3. I will submit to you my only known Rockingham County family. I would very much like to know more about them. William B. Scott m. Christina Sellers in Rockingham County, Va. April 9, 1792. He was killed in War of 1812 in 1814 in Norfolk, Va. Christina apparently is already deceased at this time, and the family is living in Franklin County, Va. The oldest of the 12 children a daughter Rosana or Rosannah, takes the responsibility of raising her siblings but eventually returns them to the FC courts. I believe that Michael Sellers was the father of Christina. I know that the towns of Port Republic and Tenth Legion are involved in these people's lives. William B. Sellers may have been indentured to Frederick and Elizabeth Farley for his passage from Scotland. Most of what I do know came from several pages sent to me sometime ago from a book called Cradled by the Massanutten: The Zellers-Sellers Family by Mary Marie Koontz Arrington. (If anyone knows where a copy of this book can be purchased, even second-hand, I would love to have that address!) I will exchange information about the daughter of Christina Sellers and William B. Scott, Sarah Ann Scott, who was my ggggrandmother. She married Robert Bernard in FC, Va. in 1826. Thanks bunches! Jane Bernard Williams, Social Circle, Ga. janwilli@mindspring.com
