Does anyone do look-ups for the 1860 and 1870 census for Rockingham Co., VA that can help out Julie? ---------- From: Julie Noble <nobles@evcom.net> To: M Archer <marcher@gfn.org> Subject: Re: Taflinger Date: Friday, November 12, 1999 8:14 PM Hi Marc I am finally getting organized again after being away and working, and getting back to the genealogy. Did I ask you before if you have the 1860 and 1870 census for Rockingham County, VA. I am trying to straighten out the John Taflinger/Tarflingers. There is a John and Mary J. Taflinger, I think on both Census. I need to know if this is my ancestor or another John, and therefore need to know the children. Are there any other Taflingers or Tarflingers on these Census in Rockingham County? If you don't have these years, do you know anywhere I could find them or who to ask? Thanks, Julie -----Original Message----- From: M Archer <marcher@gfn.org> To: nobles@evcom.net <nobles@evcom.net> Date: Friday, October 29, 1999 10:59 AM Subject: re: Taflinger >Julie, > I didn't prepare the index I use, and now, I'm wondering how useful >it is. > I found John Taflinger and Mary J.
