Hello I'm just newly subscribed. Happy to be here! I am looking for information on the William Miller family of Rockingham Co. Here are some brief facts: My greatgrandfather, DAVID STEELE MILLER, was born in Rockingham Co on March 20, 1839. He was the youngest of five children born to WILLIAM and RUTH MILLER. William was a native of Pennsylvania and was of German descent. Ruth, from Virginia. William was a farmer all his life and died in 1857. Ruth died in 1860. At this point, that is all I have to go on. William and Ruth Miller had a total of five children, the last one (David S. Miller) born in 1839 in Rockingham Co. Any additional information would be _greatly_ appreciated!
