Hi M Archer, I am interested in your message as I have a Jacob "Jake" Miller that I know only one thing about: He married Sarah BROWNE (Sally), who was born 15 Oct 1834 in Rockingham Co, VA. She is the sister of one of my direct ancestors. Sometimes dates help as clues. There were 10 children - 9 brothers & sisters of Sarah BROWNE. They were born from 1826 through 1845 to John BROWNE & his wife, Elizabeth "Polly" ZIMMERMAN, all born in Rockingham Co, VA. I have no dates for Jacob Miller.
