I was recently told that the location of Fort Hoover has been more exactly pinpointed. If my source was correct, it was actually only a mile or so outside of present day Singers Glen, at the foot of Green Hill (and right behind what was my grandmother's house <g>) According to the person who is now living in my grandmother's house, they have found evidence of the old fort in that area. If anyone would like more exact directions just drop me a note.
