On 24 Feb 1813 in Rockingham County, Thomas Batchellor married Mary (Polly) Higgins, who was the daughter of Robert Higgins and sister of my ggg grandmother Catherine Higgins. Hi Jim, I am checking my Virginia Valley Records book by John Wayland.I found on pg 25 Thomas Batchleler [correct spelling]and Polly Higgins there married the date that you have them.
