    3. Hi Maggie, Yes, I can relate to that. In fact I got quite a chuckle out of it. I have a g-g-g-uncle who died on 19 July 1859, in Auglaize County, Ohio. He still managed to show up in the 1860 census, for that county, which was taken on 19 June 1860. I have a suspicion that no one was home, when the census taker came around, and the census taker got the "information" from the neighbors. They did get all of the names and ages down, pretty well, but they spelled the last name as "Runsin" instead of "Runyon".
