Catharine was born December 27, 1778 in Manheim, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Catharina's parents were George Geiger, born June 2, 1748 in Warwick Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and Barbara Klein/Kline born (unknown) in Clay Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
