I believe the FTM CD was my information and I have since found out that I made a mistake in transcribing. There is a book entitled Shadowed by the Massanutten by Willam Good starting on page 288 states the lineage of John and Franey Sharkey Bull. It brief information on these two, then starts on the family of Henry Charles Bull and continues on with the rest of the children. It is a well researched book that has a lot of back ground information as it states each child (including a lot of photos). Finally on page 294, after child 8 (Ida Bell Bull), it states: "1850 Census Rock. Co. Frances Bull 42f Ruth A. Bull 23F William C. Bull 21M Henry Bull 19M John H. Criegler 2M And then goes on:"It appears her husband John died before the census. Frances died Feb 2 1886, aged 79 yrs, 4 mos, 4 dys." "William C. Bull, m. Aug 9, 1952 to Hannah Knopp, b. 1832, d. May 13 1894. da. of John and Margaret. No infor on Ruth A. Bull." Upon checking my group sheet records, I noticed a great discrepancy on when William was born and on when Henry was married. It appears that William and Henry are brothers with the parents of John and Franey (Frances) Shirkey Bull. You should also look up the information in the Book Rockingham County Men in Gray, Volume one on page 55. It gives the Civil War information on both Henry and William Bull including their wives, children, units they served in, etc.
