TN . . . . 446a 42 11091155 Bowman James 11 M W . . KY . X . . 446b 1 11091155 Bowman Virginia 10 F W . . TN . X . . 446b 2 11091155 Bowman Missouri 8 F W . . TN . . . . 446b 3 11091155 Bowman John 5 M W . . KY . . . . 446b 4 11091155 Bowman Phoebe 3 F W . . KY . . . . 446b 5 11091155 Bowman Jacob 1 M W . . KY . . . . 446b 6 11091155 Bowman Phoebe 55 F W . . VA . . . . 446b 7 11091155 Howard Jefferson 38 M B Laborer . KY . . . . Jacob Smith Bowman is my GG Grandfather. Now, in trying to determine who Andrew Bowman is, the only reference I can find that comes close is an Andrew Jackson BOWMAN, born 04 Aug 1816 in Rockingham Co., VA to (William?) Miller BOWMAN (served in 6th Regiment, Coleman's, Aug-Dec 1814, Virginia Militia, War of 1812) (may have been born either about 1787, Rockingham Co., VA or 26 Aug 1780, Rockingham Co., VA) and Phebe HARRISON, married 24 Dec 1812, Rockingham Co., VA.
