His marriage record? It may be a coincidence, but I have Henry Clay Buhl/Bull and Elizabeth "Bettie" Reed of Rockingham County, VA, as the parents of nine children, but William isn't among them. Charles Henry and Henry Clay don't sound the same, of course, but were there two Elizabeth Reeds in Rockingham County during that period? Seems unlikely, but I haven't done thorough research yet.
