My 3G grandfather was Henton TALLMAN, son of William TALLMAN and Phoebe HENTON They were probably residents of Rockingham County between about 1800 and 1830. Henton TALLMAN was born in Rockingham about 30 JUN 1810. He married Amanda THOMPSON who was also born in Rockingham about 1810 Does anyone have any information on either of these families in Rockingham?
