I THINK he is the son of James Roadcap-Born about 1800, in Brock's Gap, Rockingham County, Virginia. He married Fanny Fultz on May 29, 1875, in Rockingham County, Virginia. They had a daughter: Maggie M. Roadcap, Born about 1881, in West Virginia. Maggie m. Roadcap married James W. Kessel. James W.
