Hi Chocy, Thank you again. We have been aware of those valley marriages but didn't know if any of them tied into our Haney family in Greene Co. Did i tell you that Peter Haney's descendants are convinced that John Haney Md. Margaret in 1797 are part of their family and that they emigrated to WV with Peter and family so they couldn't even be the same John Haney who died in Greene Co. in 1840 at the age of 90-100. Sooooo confusing. The similarity of names used is also confusing as John, George, William show in every generation on both John and James Haney's families. Guess I will have to wait on the microfilm to see what is going on. Just pray that that has some definitive answers. Joyce
