Hi to all Rockingham County Researchers, In continuing the search for my ancestors, Peter and Catharine Sheets, the Rockingham County clerk was very helpful and found land records for them in 1849 to 1856 in the County with such place names as Linville Creek, Joe's Creek (or Run) and John's Run. Can anyone help with the location of these places in the county? Or how to find a land ownership map for this period? Am I right that Linville Creek will go through the town of Linville? I have downloaded the county map for the 1800s from the county home page, but there are no creeks shown with these names. Many Thanks Roy Hayter Mountain View, CA
